Working principle

JS-32/48 Counting Machine
Working principle
This machine is the important equipment for the production line of vial solid preparations. It is used for counting and split charging of the tablet including the shaped tablet, hard capsule, soft capsule (various shapes, transparent, nontransparent) and pill. It is able to combine with the vial distributing machine, paper stuffing machine, desiccant inserter, cap screwing machine, electromagnetic induction foil-sealing machine and self-adherence labeling machine to form full-automatic high-speed bottled production line. It has been widely used in the industries such as pharmacy, food, chemical engineering, etc., It is fully conforming to GMP certification requirements.

JS-C120 Automatic insert machine for desiccant
Working principle
This machine is the mechatronical equipment installed with devices of stopping operation in time of lacking bolttles,starting working when bottles are in place.
Main features
1) It has strong compatibility and is suitable for round, oblate, square and flat square bottles of various specifications and various materials.
2)Color-coded, colorless plate-shaped bag desiccant bag;

Working principle
JS-M2 Induction sealing machine(water cooled)The bottles with aluminium foil pass under the inductive head, the aluminium foil heats after receiving the energy produced by the inductive head.The heated aluminium foil melt the plastic film attached to the aluminium foil and glue to the bottle mouth so it can achieve the sealing effect.

JS-T1 Round bottle side face labeler
Working principle
Bottles transferred by the carrying guideway and separated at the same distance, the photoelectric sensor see bottles passing by and send out the signal.After getting the signal, the driving system starts to send the label.tension system makes the label paper achieve tightening effect.then code by the coding machine,the orientation of label paper photoelectric sensor locate according to the length of the paper then make sure the label paper have the same distance.Under the function of the label sticking part and label pressing part, the label paper strip away automatically, and stick to the demand location smoothly to finish the entire label sticking process.
